department stores such as Woolworth, Hertie and Karstadt threatened with insolvency. Karstadt Kaufhof has offered to take over what the outcome is still uncertain. But where purchases of the citizens? I ask for forgiveness on this issue a personal Feedback contribute, but in my opinion hope the department stores only to an economic stimulus package to upgrade their stores.
